PuncHouse Project 234 was featured on HGTV’s new show, Hollywood At Home, which highlights the process of designing and building an energy efficient sustainable home for Lisa Ling and Dr. Paul Song. The project was designed by Marco DiMaccio from puncHouse design group which includes the architectural, interior, and landscape design of this amazing house.
A dedicated team of experts in energy independent home design employed the strict guidelines for sustainable building practices set forth by the USGBC — LEED for Homes Certification program and was awarded a Platinum Certification.

LEED for Homes Certification has five levels of rating for homes. The ratings start with 1) Certified, 2) Bronze, 3) Silver, 4) gold, and 5) Platinum.
PuncHouse Project 234 was awarded the LEED for Home Platinum Certification as well as being the first Energy Neutral Home in Santa Monica, California. In addition to the platinum certification, DiMaccio’s design also garnered two Innovation in Design Awards from the USGBC (United States Green Building Council).
